Welcome to Mads and Sebastian

At Megatrade, we like to learn more – regardless of whether it concerns the uses of our many product groups or how to work smarter, faster and better.

We are very happy to welcome Mads and Sebastian from DTU, as in the next 5 months they will write their thesis on Complexity Management with us to complete their training as civil engineers.

By taking into account the complexity of products, suppliers and customers, and using ABC analysis to prioritize them and track progress through dashboards, Mads and Sebastian will work to gain a better understanding of Megatrade and identify opportunities for improvement. Their goal is to use this approach to improve decision-making and increase productivity, which can lead to better results.

We are looking forward to the project work, which is of great benefit both to them in their education and to us as a company - and we are not least looking forward to seeing and hearing how they, as students, through the collaboration with us in the thesis, will view that we can become an even better version of ourselves for the benefit of our customers and business partners.
